MARLEY FUND schedules series of Dog-on Clean charity dog washes
GREENVILLE, N.C.— Dog owners can have their dogs pampered like movie stars while benefiting charity.
The Marley Fund is holding a Dog-on Clean Dog Washes on Sunday, June 8 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Adam's Auto Wash in Greenville.
Barking Beauty Specials will be $20 for large dogs, $15 for medium dogs and $10 for small dogs. Canines can also have their nails clipped for $5. All baths come with shampoo, creme rinse, ear wash, cologne and bandana.
“I didn't realize just how much fun washing the pups would be; they looked so cute with their little bandanas,” said Joy Eubanks, president and founder of the Marley Fund, after a successful dog wash, held the last weekend in July. “We had so much fun and decided to make a series of dog washes throughout the month of August. It is great to see the dog owners bringing their pets out to support the cats.”
